Reclined Hero Pose Progression:

  • One leg straight in front of you, the other next to the sitz bones
  • Both legs bent, sitz bones between the feet, torso upright
  • Both legs bent, sitz bones between the feet, lean back on the elbows
  • Both legs bent, sitz bones between the feet, back on the ground, arms overhead
