Meet Dani (Owner/Yoga Instructor)
I strive to empower others to live happier, healthier, and more meaningful lives. My own journey has been full of twists, turns, searching, and finding meaning where I never expected. Practicing yoga has brought calm and joy into my life. Yoga taught me how to stay in the present and appreciate the moment I am living, rather than thinking about the past or worrying about the future. This wonderful practice has changed my life in such a positive way I can’t help but want to share this gift with others.
I grew up a fiercely competitive runner. However, by the time I graduated college, I was burnt out. I needed a different outlet for my competitive nature and passion for physical fitness. I started doing Crossfit around that time and my perspective on body image and physique shifted. I started to realize that being physically strong can help empower you to become mentally strong. When I started doing yoga in 2015, my outlook evolved even further. Through yoga, you're empowered in the body, the mind, and the spirit. You find a sense of peace and calm that wasn't present before, and you learn how to maintain that mode of mentality throughout the different areas of your life.
I took my love of yoga a step further in 2017, when I traveled to Bali, Indonesia for my 200 hour yoga teacher training. Every day my passion for yoga, both teaching and in practice, continues to grow. Come check out the studio, I’d love to help you start/continue your yoga journey.

Meet Lori (Yoga Instructor)
My yoga journey began in 2013. I started taking classes at a new studio in Fargo and immediately knew that I had found something that I loved and truly spoke to me. I had struggled with body image issues as well as depression and anxiety most of my life. As I practiced, those issues each started to lessen as I became stronger and more peaceful in my mind, body and spirit.
Wanting to share the power of yoga with others, I went on to get my yoga teaching certification in 2017.
Today I teach and attend classes as my schedule allows. My goal is to inspire others to be their true, authentic, flawed selves as they go through their own journey and find the gift of yoga.

Meet T.J. (Yoga Instructor)
T.J. Wallace received his 200 hour Yoga Instructor certification in 2012 from the Lotus Seed Yoga School in Portland, Oregon. Originally coming to yoga as a way of increasing flexibility for dance, he soon discovered his passion for developing a deeper connection between body and mind.
T.J. has continued his education over the years through various workshops and teaches Ashtanga inspired vinyasa, strength building hatha, and calming yin yoga. His approach is alignment focused and centered on attention to breathing.
Meet Sara (Yoga Instructor & Thai Massage)
Knowing the purpose of life through the ever expanding experience of self. Living life with an open mind and open heart. Finding new journeys. Being free and being genuinely happy. Practicing yoga has put these words into my every day reality. I found yoga when I needed it the most. I needed positivity, change, and needed to find a state of true calmness and relaxation. I began practicing yoga in 2016 and instantly became addicted. The community, the atmosphere, the zen, all of it kept me coming back for more. In 2017, I received my 200 hour Yoga Teacher training certification. Being an athlete my whole life and an avid gym go-er, I strive to challenge myself and others through Yoga practice. My energy and fun vibe on and off the mat will leave you with the thought of "what is she going to do next class?" My goal is to teach, challenge, relax, and make your energy shine bright! And own it!

Meet Anna (Yoga Instructor)
I have been teaching yoga since 2016. I currently live in Moorhead with my boyfriend, Brady, and our two puppers, Addie & Bella. Currently my favorite class to teach is Gentle Yoga, and my favorite class to take is Heated Vinyasa. When I'm not teaching yoga in the studio I am working as a nutrition coach, doing a CrossFit class, cooking for my family, walking my dogs, or watching something on Netflix.

Meet Kathy (Yoga Instructor)
Kathy began practicing yoga in 2005. She began teaching yoga in September 2018 after graduating from Devanadi School of Yoga and Wellness with a 200 hour certification. She is also a certified Chair Yoga instructor, having received her certification from Strong Spirits Mindfulness and Movement Program, Minneapolis.
Kathy is passionate about making yoga accessible to every BODY. With an emphasis on the breath, she creates a safe and supported class. Kathy's teachings are very mindful incorporating pranayama and meditation in every class.
Kathy has lived in Fargo for 20 years. She loves spending time with her husband and two children and traveling.
She is a life-long learner currently studying Ayurveda and Energy Work.

Meet Mikki (Yoga Instructor)
Mikki has been a practicing yogi since 2012. She is a Devanadi 235 RYT graduate, barre instructor certified through Freestyle Academy, chair yoga trained, and specializes in restorative yoga.
Like many of us, Mikki found yoga when she needed it most. She loves sharing the body positive and stress reducing aspects of yoga to help others live their best lives. She also enjoys getting crafty and hanging out with her 4 rescue pets and husband.

Meet Sami (Yoga Instructor)
A 200 hour RYT, a dog-mom and a really big fan of sharing all things yoga with her students, fellow teachers and the community.
Sami discovered her love for yoga after trying out her first hot yoga class. Something about dripping with sweat & feeling strong at the end of 60 minutes had her hooked. She enjoys all styles of yoga and attending new workshops/classes around town and on her travels. A consistent yoga practice has helped her find balance in a hectic life and a way to dedicate time to herself. Her favorite part of teaching is getting to know students and seeing yogis deepen their postures and gain confidence as a result of their practice.

Meet Andrea (Yoga Instructor)
Andrea Krejci Paradis is an E-RYT 500, a Yoga Teacher Trainer, Ayurveda Yoga Specialist, and Reiki Master and has been teaching since 2007. Andrea believes yoga can help anyone discover peace and is accessible to all. During her group and private classes she not only utilizes the teachings of yoga but utilizes Ayurveda (yoga's sister science) to show how these ancient practices are more than the poses- they can be taken off the mat and into every day life.

Meet Caroline(Yoga Instructor)
Yoga has been a passion of Caroline’s since she was first lead by her roommate in the backyard of their Tallahassee, FL rental home. Six years and two thousand miles later, she still loves to practice yoga in the backyard of her Fargo, ND home! Caroline lives with her partner – Scott – and their two feline children – T.R. and Tiberius. Now, Caroline is sharing the wisdom she has gained from her years of practice with others as a teacher. Caroline completed her 200-hour training through Devanadi School for Yoga & Wellness and her prenatal training through Blooma Yoga, both located in Minneapolis, MN. Caroline is an avid Ayurveda and Reiki practitioner, and loves integrating these traditions into her classes.
