Learn beginner and intermediate arm balances and inversions like headstand (or forearm stand), crow pose, side crow, handstand progressions, flying pigeon, and grasshopper in a judgement-free, nurturing environment. You will learn proper positioning, progressions to work your way up to each pose, and get ample practice time to improve your poses while getting direction, assistance, and followup progressions to do on your own from the instructor.
