A time for setting new intentions, relinquishing old habits that no longer serve and a time for starting new projects and initiatives.

This gathering will be to celebrate the full moon while we connect with each other and ourselves. This is a women's only class designed to allow us time to recharge and take time with each full moon for ourselves. We will start with a guided meditation and time to reflect on the last month and how we can better prepare spiritually and emotionally for the month ahead.

Please bring:

  • Water bottle and comfortable clothing.

  • A journal or something to write in along with a writing utensil.

You will learn proper positioning, progressions to work your way up to each pose, and get ample practice time to improve your poses while getting direction, assistance, and followup progressions to do on your own from the instructor.

We'll kick off our morning at Pure Barre for an intense Barre class where you perform small, isometric movements, that burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques. From there we'll walk across the alley to Downtown Yoga. You'll be served a refreshing glass of Wild Terra's kombucha and led through a relaxing Yin Yoga class to help you recover from Barre.

My dog Beau and I will be teaching a class about how dogs can benefit from essential oils just like we can! Feel free to bring your furry friend and experience oils together! We will talk about what oils are safe for dogs, how to use them, and how to incorporate them into your dog's daily life. Due to the unexpected nature of a class with dogs in it I will have pre-made roller bottles for you to take home to use on your dog instead of making them together.

Bringing your dog is not a requirement. People are welcome without furry friends.

Please bring:

  • Well-behaved dog (No aggressive dogs allowed -you will be asked to leave if your dog shows aggressive tendencies) (No breed restrictions -just no aggressive dogs)

  • Leash for your dog

Maiden, Mother, Crone

In this hour we will be diving into what the Maiden, Mother, Crone is and how, as women, we can take this ancient knowledge of womanhood and apply it to our everyday life. As we age we transfer between these 3 powerful times in our life. It doesn't mean puberty and menopause but emotional and physical shifts in our world. Some of us know the distinct moment we transitioned between Maiden and Mother and sometimes the transition is more serene and quiet. How can we take wherever we are in life's path and live it to our fullest. Let's explore that in this workshop of women gathering together. 

  • We will start with education on the Maiden, Mother, and Crone. 

  • We will then enter a guided meditation embracing these parts of ourselves

  • We will then open up to specialty journal time

  • We will then finish with our sacred circle of women -each woman will be asked to speak about her transition or lack of transition in a safe space

  • We will end the class with a take home gift from me and a group picture (optional if you do not wish to participate)

This class will have a similar vibe to our Full Moon Gatherings but we are really focused on inner reflection instead of outward with the link to the moon. 

The goal is to have about 10+ women from different walks of life. We do ask that everyone be 16+. 

Please pre-register so I know how many gifts to plan for. 

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat (available if you do not have one)

  • Journal and writing utensil

  • Open mind and spirit

Exploring Sustainability in Mindset and Movement

We'll begin with a Yoga Flow and Mantra Workshop in the Studio (5:45pm-7:15pm). Heather will guide you through a crash course on the meaning of sustainability, followed by a vinyasa flow and mantra series that can shift your daily thoughts away from the negative and towards empowerment.

Following the workshop, we head downstairs to OTHERS for a private shopping experience from 7:15pm-8:30pm. All registrants receive a gift bag including a journal to use during the workshop.
