Yoga + Smoothie Bowls

We'll kick off flowing through a hour long vinyasa style yoga class in Downtown Yoga. After class, we'll head outside to the adorable Trailhead & Co "tiny house" smoothie shop! You'll get your choice between 5 different flavored smoothie bowls to recharge after your yoga workout. Feel free to eat your smoothie bowl on our rooftop patio, soaking up the sun and socializing, or take it go. Space is limited to 20 so be sure to reserve your spot!

Based on Dharma Mittra's fun and playful sequence, you will be guided through Shiva Namaskars (aka longer flows) that will build in intensity each time it is repeated. Through repetition of postures, the body is able open and achieve poses it has never reached before. This gathering will be to celebrate the full moon while we connect with each other and ourselves. This is a women's only class designed to allow us time to recharge and take time with each full moon for ourselves. We will start with a guided meditation and time to reflect on the last month and how we can better prepare spiritually and emotionally for the month ahead.

Essential Oils and Dog Class

My dog Beau and I will be teaching a class about how dogs can benefit from essential oils just like we can! Feel free to bring your furry friend and experience oils together! We will talk about what oils are safe for dogs, how to use them, and how to incorporate them into your dog's daily life. Due to the unexpected nature of a class with dogs in it I will have pre-made roller bottles for you to take home to use on your dog instead of making them together.

Bringing your dog is not a requirement. People are welcome without furry friends.

Please bring:

  • Well-behaved dog (No aggressive dogs allowed -you will be asked to leave if your dog shows aggressive tendencies) (No breed restrictions -just no aggressive dogs)

  • Leash for your dog

  • Yoga mat for you (we have available if you don't have one)

  • Water bottle (for you or your dog)

  • Open spirit ready to have fun with your pup!

From there we'll walk across the alley to Downtown Yoga. You'll be served a refreshing glass of Wild Terra's kombucha and led through a relaxing Yin Yoga class to help you recover from Barre.

Maiden, Mother, Crone

Maiden, Mother, Crone

In this hour we will be diving into what the Maiden, Mother, Crone is and how, as women, we can take this ancient knowledge of womanhood and apply it to our everyday life. As we age we transfer between these 3 powerful times in our life. It doesn't mean puberty and menopause but emotional and physical shifts in our world. Some of us know the distinct moment we transitioned between Maiden and Mother and sometimes the transition is more serene and quiet. How can we take wherever we are in life's path and live it to our fullest. Let's explore that in this workshop of women gathering together. 

  • We will start with education on the Maiden, Mother, and Crone. 

  • We will then enter a guided meditation embracing these parts of ourselves

  • We will then open up to specialty journal time

  • We will then finish with our sacred circle of women -each woman will be asked to speak about her transition or lack of transition in a safe space

  • We will end the class with a take home gift from me and a group picture (optional if you do not wish to participate)

This class will have a similar vibe to our Full Moon Gatherings but we are really focused on inner reflection instead of outward with the link to the moon. 

The goal is to have about 10+ women from different walks of life. We do ask that everyone be 16+. 

Please pre-register so I know how many gifts to plan for. 

Please bring:

  • Yoga mat (available if you do not have one)

  • Journal and writing utensil

  • Open mind and spirit 

Cost: $30 per person
