We're partnering up with our neighbors, Pure Barre and Wild Terra, for a Saturday morning full of Barre, Yoga, and Booch! We'll kick off our morning at Pure Barre for an intense Barre class where you perform small, isometric movements, that burn fat, sculpt muscles and create long, lean physiques. From there we'll walk across the alley to Downtown Yoga. You'll be served a refreshing glass of Wild Terra's kombucha and led through a relaxing Yin Yoga class to help you recover from Barre.
