Let’s ground, connect, then soften open and dance to the edges where we meet our ecstatic selves! Kayla and Crystal will focus on 3 main centers during Ecstatic Dance, begin with ceremony, flow into dance, and end in savasana.

The themes will be as follows: first- ground and feel connection, second- soften and tune into our heart wisdom, and the last- go beyond the mind to ecstasy or intuitive expansion.
