Get outside your comfort zone and try a different style of yoga you’ve never tried.
Have some extra motivation to get up early and try a Sunrise Yoga & Coffee class that you’ve always wanted to go to but never could quite make it out of bed.
Or give yourself permission to slow it down and attend a Restorative or Mindful Meditation class.

Alright, so here are the Details:
The challenge is 5 weeks long and each week we’ll focus on a different styles of yoga.
Week 1: Power Flow
Week 2: Slow Flow
Week 3: Yoga Sculpt & Yoga For Athletes
Week 4: Yin, Flow and Relax, & Restorative
Week 5: Sunrise Yoga & Mindful Meditation
Each week you’ll have a goal number of classes to attend for that style of yoga. If you meet that goal, your name goes into a drawing for some sweet prizes!
Tracking sheets will be in the studio so all you need to do is mark the classes off as you attend them and leave your sheet at the studio. We’ll announce drawing winners each Sunday.
