This workshop is all about bringing awareness to the hips, hamstrings, and their connection to the rest of the body. Join us and learn from Terra Scharnowske (RYT200, RYT500, RPYT) why it’s important to be aware of tight muscles when you practice and how to safely flow through poses when tightness is present. This is an opportunity for all levels to mindfully explore postures to help lengthen, strengthen, and improve functional mobility of the hips for an active life.
