Description: Each week we’ll focus on one of the seven main chakras (energy centers) in the body. As we move into each posture we’ll also learn more about that specific chakra: where it is in our body and how it resonates in our life. A warm and safe place to open all medians and experience emotions like never before. Leave feeling empowered and nurtured, ready to take on the world. Great for your first time or to deepen your existing practice.
Included in all membership. In-studio class space is limited to 8 so reserve your spot early. Virtual option is available.
Yoga 101
Wednesdays @ 7pm
Yoga 101 is designed for beginners but open to all ability levels. Class focus is on building the basic foundation of yoga for students. You’ll learn poses and safe positioning in a gentle, slow flow style of class. Some weeks will have a special focus like how to use specific props or poses for specific areas of the body.
