Join us for a 20-25 minute group run. After the run, help yourself to some coffee or tea and settle in for a delightful vinyasa style yoga class. No running experience needed, just a chill group run with other yoga lovers!
*Run starts at 8:15am at our studio on Broadway and will be an out and back route.
