Cheers your neighbor in tree pose, challenge yourself as you balance with your glass in dancer pose, or just drink wine and do whatever poses you feel like doing. This is YOUR practice and your time to relieve stress and try yoga in a completely new way. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, you'll enjoy incorporating your wine into some of the poses as we flow through a vinyasa style class. We'll finish class with a couple deep stretching yin poses and a yummy Savasana (similar to adult nap time) that will leave you feeling calm and focused.
