Yoga for Athletes incorporates myofascial release, mobility, balance, and strength work to promote athletic form, efficiency, and power.

Appropriate for athletes, weekend warriors, and anyone needing a rejuvenation, the first 2/3 of the class will focus on promoting active range of motion and strength; the final third will focus on passive holds and breath and body awareness.
