Yoga Nidra, or yoga sleep, is a powerful meditation where you travel to that place that's between being awake and being fully sleep. When you rest in that space, you can consciously create change in your life. Yoga Nidra is wonderful for sleeping issues, anxiety, habit change, pain and so much more! This practice is a guided practice and no experience is necessary. Just come in very comfortable, warm clothing- layers and socks are recommended!
