The Studio
Downtown Yoga is located in the heart of downtown Fargo, ND. The studio floors are made from the bleachers of the former NDSU Bison Sports Arena and exposed 110 year old original brick offer a unique combination of rich Fargo history with a modern touch. The space creates an environment that is both calm and inviting, perfect for practicing yoga. With small class sizes, you can feel comfortable without feeling crowded. Our mission is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental community for people to learn and cultivate their yoga practice. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced student, you’ll find an inviting yoga home here.

Being a hidden gem, we can be tricky to find if you’re not looking for us, but just look for Daily’s Market and our door is right next to it (you’ll see our logo). Go up the stairs, down the hall, and there we are!
