Heated Vinyasa is a faster paced style of yoga that links postures together through flowing, fluid movements in an 85-90 degree room. The continual movements, from one pose to another, gives you an added cardiovascular benefit. Vinyasa increases muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, while reducing levels of stress.

Kick off your morning right with an energizing Vinyasa style yoga class! This class will wake you up and improve flexibility, balance, & strength. Treat yourself to a cup of coffee while you flow through your practice or take one for the road on your way out the door. Regardless, you'll feel great the rest of your day!
Same as our heated Vinyasa class but in room temperature instead of heated. Vinyasa is a faster paced style of yoga that links postures together through flowing, fluid movements. Yin poses are held for 2-5 minutes and focus on relaxing into postures to create a more in depth stretch. Yin targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body by relaxing the muscles and allowing a deeper stretch.
Vin-Yin combines the energizing practice of vinyasa and the deep, relaxing stretching of yin yoga for the ultimate combination. The first half of class you will flow through a vinyasa practice then move into yin poses for the second half of class. You'll get the benefits of increased strength and balance of vinyasa and increased flexibility and stress relief of yin...the best of both worlds.
A great class for beginners or those who just prefer a more gentle yoga class. Focus is on yoga breathing techniques and lengthen and strengthen muscles through basic yoga postures.
Level 2 Yoga
Level 2 Yoga is for yogis who have a solid foundation in basic yoga poses and are looking to challenge themselves in more advanced poses. Arm balances and inversions, along with the more intense versions of poses are introduced to increase strength and balance.
Yoga Sculpt combines yoga and muscle conditioning using weights. The heated class (85 degrees) uses weights, cardio, and basic yoga postures to reshape and tone your body. Set to uplifting music, this class will make you smile and sweat at the same time.
Restorative Yoga involves using lots of props to get as comfortable as possible. Laying in each posture for 5-10 minutes allows us to check-in with our bodies & minds. Your own bodyweight, sandbags, and assists from the teacher, help you passively stretch and experience a deeper relaxation. Wear comfy clothes and warm socks...prepare for total bliss.
