Intro to Yoga Nidra: A 4-week series

If you are looking for better sleep, reduced stress, boosted immune system, less pain, clarity of mind, and/or an overall sense of peace, this is the class series for you!

Yoga nidra is an effortless, guided meditation practice of profound, deep rest. In this 4-week series, you will be introduced to the practice and begin to gain an understanding of how it can bring healing to the mind, body, and spirit. You will gain an understanding of the yogic view of these layers (koshas) and how healing is activated through intentional rest.

Yoga nidra is a practice where there is no need to try, to use any kind of effort, or to work in any way; a practice of rest, relaxation, and non-doing; it is an accessible practice whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner- all are welcome.

Virtual and in person participation available. All classes and practices will be recorded and shared with participants- you will be encouraged to continue to rest with the recorded practices between sessions.

Sundays, February 20th-March 20th (skipping 3/13), 6:30-7:30pm

Cost: $65 for the 4-week Series

$40 for any Downtown Yoga Fargo package holders (click on the "members" purchase option).

*Deadline to register for this class series is the day of the first session. Only 10 in-person slots available so reserve your spot early.
