A Month of Gratitude Begins

For the month of November, we’re challenging you to find consistency.

November is right around the corner which happens to be National Gratitude Month. This encourages us to embrace the power of gratitude. It is more than saying “thank you.” Gratitude’s amazing powers have the ability to shift us from focusing on the negative to appreciating what is positive in our lives. Practicing daily gratitude gives us a deeper connection to ourselves and the world around us.


It takes 21- 45 days to build a habit. So we are jumping right into Gratitude with running a 30 Day Challenge for the month of November. The goal being to continue practicing daily gratitude after the 30 days are over.

You will be able to follow and participate with us. There will be a daily morning post and an evening reminder on IG to help us all as we practice daily gratitude.
