**You do NOT need a to bring a partner in order to attend this class! We will be working in groups of 3-4. But of course, you certainly can bring a friend to practice with!**
Partner and Acro Yoga are practices that build trust, confidence and playfulness. In this workshop, we will practice some partner yoga poses to warm up and then we will move on to some acrobatic postures. Your comfort level will be taken into account- variations and modifications will be available to all (your feet never have to leave the ground if you don't want them to!). This is a great opportunity to try something new in a safe and supportive environment!
All are welcome to this class. We hear this statement alot: well, I'm too big/tall/old/young/weak/green/etc to do partner or acro yoga. And it simply isn't true. Let go of judgments and expectations on how "right" or "wrong" you are for this workshop. There's no perfect, only practice.
