This workshop will explore the three energy “locks” in the body known as bandhas. These ancient Hatha Yoga techniques are not to be practiced lightly – engaging any one of these babies came move some serious energy! If you’ve mastered the postures, try adding a little spice to your asana or kriya practice by learning how to safely incorporate the bandhas into your next routine.
