Join Instructor David for a four-week inversion and arm balance series designed to help break down progressions, technique, and proper positioning of both beginner and intermediate postures.
Throughout the series, we will spend time breaking down postures like crow pose and headstand variations, forearm stand, and handstand progressions that combine strength and mobility drills to build more range, capacity, and confidence. Being inverted allows you to see life from a new perspective, and have the opportunity to gain insights that can help sharpen your skill set on and off the mat.
This four-week series will allow you to explore poses with ample time and to see your progress as you start to build fluency through repetition in an inviting and nurturing environment with the support from both David and your community.
