The breath is the most notable characteristic of the Self. It is the authentic rhythm by which the body, mind, and spirit dance to in the physical world. That being said, the knowledge of how to expand and refine your breath can enhance not only your physical well being, but also your mental clarity.
In this workshop, we will explore 3 types of Pranayama (breathing) techniques that can enhance your everyday life. These forms of pranayama are suitable to all, and their application, even for just a minute, can change the tone of your present moment.
Come as you are, no experience required, and learn how to soften into the rhythm of your own breath.
