In this workshop, you’ll explore subtle body anatomy, the respiratory system, and several pranayama practices as well. Kim will focus on not only the knowledge, but experience, so you will be exploring the practices of pranayama in your own body, such as nadi shodhana, ujayii, and more.
Prana is life force, and it is through pranayama that our awareness moves in closer to remembering . A yoga practice without pranayama loses its vitality and so in this workshop we will discuss and learn the importance of the breath as the vehicle for our life force energy’s flow.
