Join Kim, lead teacher of Peaceful Warrior Yoga School and co-owner of Downtown Yoga Center, and learn to weave intuitive and yogic methods when planning a group yoga class. The practices of yoga are organized into beautiful patterns that provide the same effect over and over again. When you learn to understand even slightly this rhythm or natural sequence of the universe, krama, your classes and more importantly your life seemingly come alive again with more compassion, joy, and freedom.
This workshop is for yoga teachers or any group instructor who is interested in both the physical and energetic patterns and sequences that leave students and yourself walking out of class feeling bliss, while you can't quite explain why. This will clear up confusion around what practices are best depending on time of day, season, and so much more, including different techniques to provide difference class bhavas, or vibes.
Kim is offering 4 continuing education hours for this workshop, and you will receive a certificate of completion at the end; she will also be providing a homemade Ayurvedic lunch, but if you prefer to BYO please do not hesitate.
