Time: 9-10am
Join Liz Huesman for this heated vinyasa power yoga class. We will work our way toward a peak posture each week and learn about the history of that pose through story, sequence and song. As we flow we’ll build strength in our bodies, stretch out our muscles, and gain flexibility in our practice. Together we’ll work to quiet the mind and enjoy moving with our breathe. Celebrating our Sunday morning, where we’ve created space in our lives to take time for ourselves.
