Yoga Nidra Mini Retreat

Yoga nidra is an effortless guided meditation practice of deep rest. It's a practice where there is no need to try, to use any kind of effort, or to work in any way; a practice of rest, relaxation, and non-doing. In that non-doing, your inner most intentions can be manifested. Yoga nidra can be helpful with sleep issues, boosting immune system functioning, reducing stress, and finding peace where ever you are in life. This will be an afternoon of getting cozy, resting, and exploring the magical practice of yoga nidra!

Yoga nidra is so easy and effortless and ANYONE can do it- even if you are completely new to this practice. All are welcome to this retreat. You are welcome to join either in person (space limited for physical distancing) or virtually. If joining in person, please bring your own yoga mat, blankets, and bolsters- anything you'll need to be as comfortable as possible! Also, please wear a mask until you have set up your mat. If joining virtually, just have your nidra nest of comfort all ready to go!

The Yoga Nidra Mini Retreat will include an introduction to yoga nidra, very light asana, two yoga nidra practices, time for journaling and discovering your sankalpa (your heart's intention).
