In our Yoga 101 series of pop up classes, we will dive deeper into the various aspects and traditions within the practice of yoga. This series is open to all, beginners and experienced students. Yoga is vast, and as students, we are never done learning and integrating, so come and deepen your understanding and practice of yoga.
Our next session in this series, What is Asana?, will include both movement on the mat and time listening to the more in depth meaning and purpose for our asana practice. We will dive into both the physical and subtle affects of the asanas, and what it means to practice. We will also discuss different types of asanas, and how to practice in a way to maintain stability and ease in your body, mind, and spirit.
