Join Kim and Greg Hobbs for an hour of Partner Yoga where you will learn how to support your self and a lover or friend while practicing yoga. The class will include partner asanas, connected pranayama, or breath work practices, and more, all in a candle lit room. There will be complimentary tea or coffee and a treat to share as you enjoy the rest of your evening.
This class is open to all, no prior experience required, and it is not limited to romantically involved couples- just bring someone you love and care for deeply regardless of the relationship title.
