Restorative Yoga involves using lots of props to get as comfortable as possible. Laying in each posture for 5-10 minutes allows us to check-in with our bodies & minds. Your own bodyweight, sandbags, and assists from the teacher, help you passively stretch and experience a deeper relaxation.
Wear comfy clothes and warm socks...prepare for total bliss.
