In our Yoga 101 series of pop up classes, we will dive deeper into the various aspects and traditions within the practice of yoga. This series is open to all, beginners and experienced students. Yoga is vast, and as students, we are never done learning and integrating, so come and deepen your understanding and practice of yoga.
The first class of the series- What is Yoga?- will ouline 4 different types of Yoga and explain the meaning of their differences. We will also discuss the history of Yoga and where these traditions originated. There will be no asanas during this class, but the study of yoga is in itself a complete yoga practice.
