Yoga Nidra x Sound

Yoga nidra is an effortless, guided meditation practice of deep rest. It's a practice where there is no need to try, to use any kind of effort, or to work in any way; a practice of rest, relaxation, and non-doing. Yoga nidra can be helpful with sleep issues, boosting immune system functioning, reducing stress, and finding peace wherever you are in life.

In this class, experience yoga nidra along with intentional sound. Vibrations from crystal bowls, chimes, kalimba, and harmonium will help facilitate the deepening of rest and relaxation throughout the nidra practice.

No experience is necessary. All you'll need to do is arrive, lay down, and get ready to rest deeply! Virtual or in person options available.
