Joe has practiced Ashtanga yoga for over ten years and will demystify, declutter and make the Primary Series accessible to everyone
Week One will be an introduction to the Primary Series, giving you the foundation for the rest of the course
Week Two will focus on beginning Inversions and Arm Balances
Week Three will introduce a lower body add on to make the Primary Series an even more full body workout
Week Four will be a choice voted on by the class.
